Returns We accept returns of unopened, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Since each bracelet is a fixed design from a specific batch, exact restocking of a returned item isn't guaranteed once it's been resold.

Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days

Non-returnable items Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, items marked as final sale, custom, or already worn cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
